About Me
I'm currently a doctoral candidate pursuing my PhD in Applied Economics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. My research interests lie in the intersection between economic development, land institutions, and gender. More information on my experience and qualifications can be found in my CV below.
Recent Work
Most recently, I am studying how politics can affect the distribution of property taxes through shaping the incentives of government leaders. To do this, I leverage a World Bank policy in Nigeria that incentivized states to enumerate a certain percentage of their buildings for property tax generation. More information on this project, and others, can be found in the Research section of my website.
